Hope everyone has had a joyous and restful holiday season so far! We realize this can be a busy time of year so be sure to take some time for yourself - whether it's reading a book or doing something else that brings you joy, like spending time with friends at the Mugs & Mornings meet up!

For those of you that are able to join us, we look forward to seeing you us as we wrap up 2022 and plan ahead for 2023. If you haven't already, be sure to register to let us know you're coming and to get the Zoom connection details.
